 Code of Conduct

This Club is supporting the Football Association’s Respect programme which aims to ensure football can be enjoyed in a safe, positive environment. Remember its Children’s Football and a time for them to develop their, Technical, Physical, Tactical and Social Skills. Winning……..isn’t everything.

I will:

  • Not make a child play when injured.
  • Make sure my child arrives in good time for Training Sessions and Matches.
  • Ensure the registration Fee(s) are paid on time to help maintain the running of the Club for my child(s)/charge(s) benefit.
  • Make sure my Child is properly dressed for all weather conditions.
  • Let the Manager manage and the Coaches coach and not to confuse players by telling them what to do.
  • Learn to play by the Laws of the Games as direct by the Game Referee.
  • Respect the Match and Club Officials, such as the Club Chairman, Manager, Secretary, Treasurer and the Welfare Office.
  • Respect the opposition Players, Coach/Team Manager & their Supporters.
  • Respect Coaches, Team Manager, the Match Officials (Referees) & their decisions.
  • Not use foul, offensive & intimidating language towards Match Officials, the opposition Players, Managers, Coaches, Supporters & Parents,
  • Encourage my child and promote the positive even when my child may be having an off day.
  • Be supportive to your Child’s entire Team (Newham Warriors) not just only your Child.
  • Acknowledge good play from the opposition Team as well as your own Childs.
  • Be humble in victory & gracious in defeat.
  • Remember, that the Children are here because they want to be, and they are having FUN.
  • Attend at least 25% of the fixtures throughout the Season. Your Child needs Your/My Support.

I understand that if I do not follow the Code, any/all of the following actions may be taken be the Club, County Football Association:

I may be:

  • Issued with a Verbal Warning from a, Club & or a League Official.
  • Required to meet with the Club, League or County Football Association Officer Welfare.
  • Required to meet with Management Committee.
  • Obliged to undertake an FA Education Course.
  • Obliged to Leave the Match /Venue by the Club.
  • Requested by the Club not to Attend Future Games.

In Addition:

  • The FA/County FA could impose a Fine and Suspension against my Club.
  • The Club may seek to impose Fine on me the Parent/Carer/Guardian.
