 Code of Conduct

I will:

  • Encourage and guide Players to accept responsibility for their own behaviour and Performance.
  • Ensure that all the organise activities Directed or Advocated are appropriate for the Players experience, Level, age, Players Ability & Maturity.
  • At the outset, clarify with the players (and where appropriate, Parents) exactly what is expected of them and also what they are entitled to expect from their Coach.
  • Co-operate fully with others Specialists in Football (e.g. other Coaches Official, Doctors, Sports Scientist & Physiotherapists) in the best Interests of the Players.
  • Always promote the Positive aspects of the Sport(e.g. Fair Play) and never condone violations of the Laws of the Game or Relevant Rules and regulations or use the of Banned Substances or Techniques.
  • Consistently display High Standards of Behaviour and Appearance.
  • Not use & Tolerate inappropriate Language.

 

I understand that if I do not follow the Code, any/all of the following actions may be taken be the Club, County Football Association:

I may be:

  • Required to meet with Club, League or a League Welfare Official.
  • Required to meet with the Management Committee.
  • Monitored to by another Club Coach.
  • Required to attend/undertake an FA Education Course.
  • Suspended by the Club from to Attending Matches.
  • Suspended or Fined by the County FA.
  • Required to Leave or be Sacked by the Management Committee.
